Antenna is 100% functional with whatever scanner you have. The Motorola type mounts are the ones used in 99.9% of the 3/8" and 3/4" holes drilled into the police cars and will install into both these holes within minutes with a simple adjustable wrench. Cable is not included but the mounts do have the attachment for your choice of cable. Crimp type mount makes cable installation easy and will attach without soldering. The antenna will screw directly to the mounts and come complete with all hardware and rubber seals. All items are brand new and still sealed in the original packages with the warranty cards. Antenna is stainless steel with DuraBlack elecroplate cap. Typically police cars have 3-4 antennas depending on the use. These beat the hell out of the cheap plastic caps snapped into the mounting holes when the cars are taken out of service!
